Hi, we are Quienton and Melanie Garrett

 

I am a heavy equipment operator and my wife is a middle school teacher. Our goal is to become full time entrepreneurs. We have a passion for real estate. We have a couple of rental houses. And we have been studying and learning the systems and processes to buy and sell vacant land. We don't have all of the answers, but we have a team in place that will help us get through any situation.

At the core of our mission is a simple but powerful question: How can we get in contact with land owners that are motivated to sell?

The way we try to answer that question is to send out direct mail to land owners all over the US.

Our ultimate goal is find a solution for anyone with unwanted land, a way to get rid of their property in return for cash. Even if we can't do the deal we can put you in contact with someone who can.
